Why study history?
I think this article would really help me with my option that history is important and we would study it. History does repeat itself. And knowing our history will improve us. This article also answer some people's questions like why we need to study history for any other job besides being a history teacher, well because everything has a history. History will also gives us a hint of the future and our mistakes.

Why or why not study history
I think we should study history because it repeats itself and we can learn from our past to know about the future. Its also a A-G requirement to get into a great collage, if you want to go to college. History helps us know about our ancestors and our culture. History lets us uncover the truth that we didn't know or is hidden from us. Some people might say its a waste of our time, even though it is we must give respect to those who fought for our wars, freedom, and liberty. Without history there would be chaos in the street no government, and no electronics we use today. We make history each day but people don't realize that. History gave us all colored people rights.
